Beauty Sight

At the roots of these heavens
Upon this globe of prolific wanderer wonders
Upon this promontory
Man’s cemetery,
This beauty sight holds eyes in awe.
So infinite in faculty
How in anatomy admirable! The quintessence of dust.
If I could spell out
The appeal in your smile’s layout
And number the graces
Of your eyes,
Posterity would say
‘The poet lies! The sun never sliced her glory into faces.’
